Terms & Conditions

1. Third-Party Plugin Costs

Any third-party plugins or tools required during the development process are not included in the quotation. These will be billed separately based on actual costs at the time of acquisition.

2. Payment Schedule

Work will commence upon receipt of the initial payment as agreed. The remaining balance is to be paid by the client according to the schedule outlined in the project agreement.

3. Payment Delays

If payments are not made on time, Covenant Technologies reserves the right to pause all ongoing work until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

4. Client-Provided Content

Covenant Technologies is not responsible for delays in project timelines caused by delays in receiving required content (e.g., text, PDFs, media, or other site-related materials) from the client.

5. Illustrations and Creative Assets

Clients are expected to provide all copy, images, illustrations, and creative assets necessary for the project.

If Covenant Technologies is requested to handle illustrations or creative work, additional charges will apply and must be agreed upon in advance.

6. Photography and Photo Shoots

If professional photography or a photoshoot is required for the project, this service will include an additional cost, unless the client provides a photographer at their own expense.
